All properties are straight from main banks at cost price, and no costs or commissions are added to these prices. Our commission/finders fee of 5% needs to be added to the net sale price.
We will negotiate on your behalf with the banks, and quite often, we can negotiate more than the cost of our fees from the final price. If we negotiate an additional price reduction on your behalf we charge 25% of the money we save you, or our 5% commission, whichever is the greater (you do not pay both). Our fees are fixed, so you may end up paying less than the banks original asking price, including all taxes etc.

Notary Land Registry taxes etc of 20,000 . This is approximate figure of 10% of the selling price, this is a statuary government payment for Notary fees, 8% transfer tax and land registry, and this tax is paid on all property transactions in Spain. (The equivalent to Stamp Duty in the UK).
Should we negotiate with the bank on your behalf, and we have an agreed buying price of 150,000 for the same property as above, your costs would be as follows:
Saving you 2,500 on the total cost, plus the extra 50,000 from the sales price means your mortgage payments are for 150,000 and not 200,000 again saving you on your monthly payment.
