A. We act as a wholesaler and pass the savings on to you. We use our buying power to purchase space from the leading websites which allows you to advertise on the top property or business for sale websites in the world at a fraction of what it would cost you to do it directly. It also saves you a lot of time by dealing with one company and not hundreds.
Q. What level of exposure will I receive?
A. Its hard to be precise but statistics from the website show well over 50,000,000 people per month use this websites, you only need one buyer!
Q. How long does it take to get on all of the websites?
A. Normally within 24 hours of receiving the information, we use XML Feeds which automatically upload your information once we have manually uploaded it onto ours.
Q. Can I use photographs and virtual tours on all the websites?
A. All of the sites photographs and many have the technology to accept 360° virtual tours which are uploaded automatically via our XML Feeds.
Q. What does it all cost?
A. We have 2 packages starting from €495 to cover the cost of advertising on all of the websites. We provide an invoice so you can claim it as a business expense.
Q. Do I need to sign a contract?
A. No, you or your agent simply upload your details onto our website, pay and then leave the rest to us.
Q. Do you pass my information onto third parties?
A. Absolutely not. We either pass leads on to you directly to deal with or to an agent of your choice.
Q. How do I pay?
A. By PayPal, credit/ debit card or Bank transfer.
